I’ve always believed the best measure of whether we’re doing our job is whether our customers are winning. So when Gartner publishes a report that’s built entirely on what real users say about the products they use every day, I pay close attention.

We’re proud to share that Lumos has been recognized as a Strong Performer in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Identity Governance and Administration. This is our first year included in the report, and we earned a 4.7 out of 5.0 overall rating, and a 96% willingness-to-recommend score based on 51 verified reviews. 

The best part is what got us here: our customers’ words, not ours.

The deployment and support scores stand out in particular, because it’s a strong signal that customers are actually achieving the outcomes they bought Lumos for. When that score is high, it means they’re able to move faster on access initiatives, improve control and visibility, and make measurable progress on their security and compliance goals. It reflects that we’re not just responding to issues, but helping customers successfully operationalize Lumos and drive real impact in their business. That’s something we’ve been intentional about, so it’s great to see it reflected in the feedback.

Strong Performer in our first year

Being named a Strong Performer in our first appearance in this report is meaningful. The placement reflects above-average overall experience as rated by verified customers. The companies reviewing us span manufacturing, consumer goods, media, energy, software, and banking, which tells us the platform is working across a wide range of environments, not just one corner of the market.

For a company our age competing alongside vendors with hundreds of reviews accumulated over many years, we’re beyond proud of where we landed.
