When choosing a new tool, it’s important to understand the problem you’re trying to solve first, then look at a couple of options to understand what’s comparable. Understanding the differences in tools helps to make an educated decision. Once we’ve decided on a tool, we agree on the success metrics even before we get to implementation. It’s important to have these metrics and be transparent with your team and end-users as you may eventually have to pivot a bit to a tool with additional capabilities depending upon what the landscape looks like.
